YINtuitive Connections Yoga & Life Guidance is based on a light-hearted, kind, gentle, realistic and balanced approach to life through the honoring of yourself with gentleness and kindness.

Lisa will help you tune-in to your life and relationships by exploring as a team what is currently taking place in your life, making decisions and transforming any past patterns.  She will help you in deciding the next step you can take in living your authentic life.

Yoga with Lisa is a gentle Mixed-Level practice for beginner, intermediate and advanced practices.  It is a slower practice with attention to your own unique body, mind and body. It is a gentle and kind approach with focus on honoring yourself by "meeting yourself" where you are in this moment with kindness and gentleness.

A session can be held as a private or group sit-down session, a yoga session or a combination of both.

Every part of your life is a continual step on your path.  Your past is a step to the present and your present choices can help you in creating an easier and more fulfilling present and tomorrow for yourself.

Due to early life trauma, Lisa spent most of her life disconnected from her body and authentic self.  Her personal goal has been to connect to her body and self, find balance with life and live life confidently and authentically. Yoga has been a catalyst in helping her to achieve this connection.  Lisa was born and raised in Ohio and currently lives in Liberty Township, Ohio with her husband, Brian, and cat-child, Oscar.
